Abstract
Within the framework of research project on studying job satisfaction among general practitioners in Moscow medical organizations, studies have been expanded to analyze the “Job Satisfaction” factor across 7 components characterizing job satisfaction of physicians. The new data was obtained concerning impact of different levels of the indicator on quality of interaction with patients.
The purpose of the study was to develop methodological techniques of studying factors of satisfaction with the work by general practitioners determining quality of interaction with patients and their satisfaction with provided medical care.
The method of parallel survey of primary care physicians of Moscow medical organizations (n=340) and patients (n=394) who visited physician at least once in previous 12 months was applied for one-time assessment of their opinion. The sociological survey was applied using validated Russian version of international psycho-social questionnaire COPSOQ III (Long version), adapted for health workers, and standardized international questionnaire EUROPEP to assess patient satisfaction with provided medical care (in 2022–2023). The non-parametric Kraskel-Wallis test was used to compare the groups (level of statistical significance p≤0.05).
The results of the study confirmed the reliable correlation of low quality interaction with patients on the part of the physician (p<0.0001) in comparison groups of job satisfaction by levels “Low — Normal”, “Low — High” and in the groups “Normal — High”. The compared indicators had statistically significant differences (p=0.0001).
It is demonstrated that satisfaction of general practitioners with their work is an influence factor for quality of interaction and patient satisfaction with medical care provided, determining important component in achieving patient satisfaction and improving quality of medical care in patient-oriented model of health care.

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate trends in adult population mortality from consequences of cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) as primary cause of death in the Subjects of the Russian Federation and the Federal Okrugs (FO) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The data from statistical collections “The Demographic Yearbook of Russia” and “The Medical and Demographic Indicators of the Russian Federation” for 2019–2022 was involved into analysis. The statistical and analytical methods were applied. The indicators of the dynamic range were calculated.
In the Russian Federation, in 2019–2022 was noted tendency of decreasing mortality of adult population from aftermaths of cerebrovascular diseases from 30.8 to 23.5 per 100 thousand of corresponding population (the rate of decline — 23.7%). The same trend was observed in seven Federal Okrugs (decrease of 20.0% on average), with exception of the North Caucasus Federal Okrug (the growth rate was 8.9%).
In the year of the pandemic onset (2020) in the Russian Federation, mortality from consequences of CVD increased by 1,9%. The North Caucasian, Volga, Urals, Siberian, Far Eastern Federal Okrugs demonstrated average increase in mortality up to 12.6%. The Central, North-Western and Southern Federal Okrugs registered average decrease up to 11.9%.
The highest mortality of adult population from CVD aftermaths in 2022 was observed in the Amur Oblast (125.3 per 100,000 of the corresponding population) and the Ivanovo Oblast (119.8 per 100,000 of the corresponding population). The lowest value was established in the Republic of Ingushetia (1.7 per 100,000 of corresponding population) and in the Astrakhan Oblast (4.1 per 100,000 of corresponding population).
The results of the study demonstrated that before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2019–2022) there were territorial differences in the mortality of adult population from CVD aftermaths that may become a prerequisite in further search for decreasing mortality from controllable causes.
During the pandemics, decrease of mortality of adult population from CVD was noted only in three Federal Okrugs out of eight (Central, North-Western and Southern).
The differences in regions of the Russian Federation can be associated with different approaches in choosing initial cause of death. This fact is to be considered while auditing quality of medical care provision in the Subjects of the Russian Federation and in formation of educational programs for medical personnel involved in drawing up mortality certificates.

Abstract
The article considers systematized threats to social health of the youth occurring as a result of their dependence from using digital devices and immersion into Internet space. The social health is defined as determined by internal and external factors state of readiness, opportunities and needs of the youth to implement social activities through building communications in society. One of threats undermining social health of representatives of this demographic group is digital addiction, resulting from immersion of the addict in digital environment using various digital devices. Such addiction can cause significant harm to both physical and social psychological health, starting from very young age that is confirmed by results of original empirical study. The most destructive consequence of this type of addiction is degradation of social and cognitive skills in young people, leading to problems with education, socialization, psychological affects, up to complete rejection of existing social norms and values. Such individuals are at most vulnerable to political manipulations in conditions of existing civilizational contradictions. They are, in course of information war, the first ones to be involved in processes destructive for state security. In this regard, it seems reasonable henceforth to profoundly investigate relationship between digital addiction and process of destruction of traditional values in rising generation and to substantiate technology of social immunization — a tool to form and develop in the modern youth spiritual moral support, knowledge, skills and abilities to consciously resist destructive impact of digital environment.

Abstract
The innovative technologies are becoming widespread in all spheres of human life, including labor protection. The AI, modern systems of monitoring and data analysis permit to develop devices with functions to determine physical conditions of workers, to track and to prevent emergency situations and to minimize occupational traumatism. The mentioned advantages of such devices are very important in working conditions at maritime industry enterprises where risk of traumatism is increased and physician providing timely qualified care is absent on shipboard. In such conditions it is more rational to prevent risks of traumatism. The list of such devices is quite wide: from sensors analyzing external environment to “intelligent” helmets and boots. With all visible advantages of implementation of innovations into labor protection, the issues of their application in order to control production efficiency of employees continue to be mixed ones. Thus, data from different studies, as well as original survey of ship crew members fixed negative attitude of personnel to such devices reasoning stress condition and increased anxiety level. Hence, it is necessary to develop a number of recommendations permitting to implement innovations into labor protection within the framework of maritime industry and to consider psychological state of workers in order to prevent development of diseases caused by high levels of stress.

Abstract
The article examines impact of legislative change regarding decriminalization of medical activities in Russia on health care system, as well as on legal and social aspects of medical practice. The key changes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in particular, amendments concerning article 238, which was applied for long time for criminal prosecution of physicians are analyzed. The study considers consequences of these changes for positioning of medical professionals and principles of medical services support with emphasis on need for secure medical practice in conditions of legal uncertainty. The attention is drawn to history of development of changes and to challenges physicians faced under pressure of criminal legislation. The opinions of experts and medical lawyers are considered. The significance of difference between concepts “medical care” and “medical service” is emphasized that is directly related to criminal liability of physicians. It is noted that, despite partial decriminalization, issues of quality of medical services and responsibility of medical organizations continue to be actual. The adoption of new norms established prerequisites for improving working conditions of physicians and increasing confidence in national medical community. The adopted law promises to reduce stress and professional burnout in medical professionals and contributes into formation of more efficient and secure medical care of the population.

The researchers note dominance of biomedical approach to human reproduction. The important aspects of medicalization of female corporeality include such achievements of modern medicine as artificial insemination, extra-corporal fertilization, surrogate maternity, abortion. The main ethical dilemmas occurring during extra-corporal fertilization are related to application of technologies that suppose destruction of part of embryos.
