Abstract
The article considers role of corporate universities as mediator between higher education institutions and businesses in ensuring employment of young specialists. The purpose of the study is to justify model of network interaction between universities and enterprises through corporate universities to increase possibility of employment of graduates according profile of education and to reduce period of their adaptation at workplace. It is demonstrated that network interaction in format of "university-enterprise-corporate university" contributes not only to employment of young specialists, but also to improvement of quality of human capital in the region.
