ФАКТОРЫ, ВЛИЯЮЩИЕ НА ПСИХИЧЕСКОЕ ЗДОРОВЬЕ МИГРАНТОВ, И ПУТИ ЕГО УЛУЧШЕНИЯ

Аннотация


Рассмотрен международный опыт изучения психического здоровья мигрантов. Актуальность данной проблемы обусловлена массивным миграционным потоком, возникшим в связи с большим количеством военных конфликтов и желанием людей обеспечить лучшую жизнь себе и своим потомкам. В статье описаны наиболее распространенные психические расстройства, которые встречаются у мигрантов, факторы, влияющие на их ментальное здоровье, барьеры, с которыми им приходится сталкиваться на пути к хорошему психическому состоянию. Рассматривается влияние пандемии коронавирусной инфекции на состояние психического здоровья мигрантов. В обзоре указаны мероприятия, направленные на улучшение ментального статуса переселенцев, в том числе с использованием партисипативного подхода и внедрения концепции позитивного психического здоровья. Для поддержания адекватного психического здоровья мигрантов необходим целостный и междисциплинарный подход с учетом этнических и культурных особенностей сообщества перемещенных лиц.
