Abstract
Today, in the context of technological and social transformation, people and their health must be paramount. Health preservation and improvement, as well as improving the quality and length of life, are fundamental issues of primary and national importance. Research into the conditions and characteristics of the socioeconomic development of healthcare services should be directly aimed at preserving human life, promoting health, and promoting the prosperity of Russian society as a whole.
