Amlaev K.R., Dahkilgova K.T., Mardanov Z.Z., Khripunova A.A., Khripunova I.G.
Abstract
Road accidents are a significant public health issue and a common cause of death. This article analyzes the main risk factors for road accidents and their impact on road mortality and injury. The most significant of these are speeding, alcohol consumption, and motorcycle use. Age, gender, and mobile phone use while driving are also significant factors. Seasonality, time of day, and road surface quality have a lesser impact on the risk of road accidents. Knowledge of road accident risk factors will enable the implementation of more effective measures to prevent road incidents. This, in turn, will reduce road user fatalities and injuries and reduce the material costs associated with the consequences of road accidents.

THE STUDY OF INVOLVEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS KNOWLEDGE FATIGUE AND THE LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF STUDENTS USING NEURAL NETWORKS
Bazhenova G.A.
Abstract
The relevance of the study is as follows. Traditional methods of pedagogy do not allow objective and continuous monitoring of the emotional state of each student. The teacher usually relies on subjective observations — facial expressions behavior in a group — which may be inaccurate. At the same time modern technologies provide new opportunities: cameras and sensors backed by AI algorithms are able to automatically recognize facial expressions voice intonations and other signs of an emotional state. There are already commercial solutions for facial emotion recognition which have been used in marketing and security. Their potential application in education is an important topic as automated emotion analysis could provide educators with objective data on how engaged a group is whether students are overworked and who is experiencing difficulties or stress. It is the problem of mass learning fatigue and emotional burnout according to empirical studies that makes the introduction of such systems modern and practically significant and is the topic of this article. The article notes that the introduction of AI systems that can monitor both behavioral and physiological indicators opens up new opportunities for objective registration of cognitive states. For example sensors and wearable devices can measure heart rate heart rate variability brain activity and other parameters related to the level of concentration and mental stress. Computer vision can track eye gaze direction blinking frequency and posture which indirectly indicates the level of attention or fatigue. The study presents the results of a psychometric testing study using validated tools for emotional involvement in the educational process and a study of the factors of burnout and knowledge fatigue among full-time students at the Novorossiysk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The sample consisted of 125 respondents.

CORPORATE HEALTH IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: THE THEORETICAL ASPECT
Gorsky A.A., Sodikova S.M.
Abstract
The article considers corporate health as an important element of the modern HR management system. The relevance of the topic is due to the shift in the management paradigm from a narrow understanding of occupational safety to a broader approach that includes the physical, mental and social well-being of employees as a resource for the sustainability of the organization. It is shown that the concept of corporate health is formed at the intersection of human resource management, occupational safety, organizational psychology and workplace well-being policy. It is proved that, theoretically, corporate health should be considered not as a set of disparate wellness activities, but as an integrated subsystem of personnel management related to the quality of the work environment, organizational support, employee participation practices, occupational risk prevention and the development of well-being-oriented HR practices. It is concluded that corporate health is both a factor in preserving human capital, a tool for improving organizational stability, and an indicator of the maturity of personnel policy.

AGING AS A SOCIOCULTURAL AND EXISTENTIAL PHENOMENON
Gubachev N.N., Ananchenkova P.I., Osmonova N.I., Dzhunushalieva G.D.
Abstract
The article considers aging as a complex socio-cultural and existential phenomenon that goes beyond the exclusively biological process. The purpose of the study is to analyze aging as a multidimensional phenomenon, including social, cultural and philosophical aspects, as well as to substantiate the need for an integrative approach to its study. The paper shows that old age is socially constructed through norms, values, and institutional practices that determine the status and role of older people in society. At the same time, aging is revealed as an important stage of the existential formation of a personality, associated with a reassessment of life experience, comprehension of time, finiteness and the meaning of existence. Special attention is paid to the concept of active aging, the problem of ageism, the phenomenon of life review, the search for the meaning of life in later life, existential loneliness and identity transformation. Based on the analysis of philosophical and gerontological approaches, it is concluded that aging should be understood not as a period of loss exclusively, but as a significant stage of life with its own value, meaning and potential. The necessity of forming a more humanistic model of attitude to old age in the context of demographic aging of the population is substantiated.

COMMITMENT OF MEDICAL STUDENTS TO THEIR FUTURE PROFESSION
Kameneva T.N.
Abstract
This article is based on the results of a study analyzing the opinions and perceptions of medical students regarding their future professional activities. The objective of the study was to examine and analyze the attitudes and plans of medical students regarding their chosen profession. The object of the study was the professional attitudes of students in the Faculty of General Medicine. The theoretical methodology of the article is based on a sociological approach to professionalization, taking into account the activity-based and certification approaches. The empirical basis of the study was the results of a sociological survey conducted among 220 medical students in January 2026 (KSMU, Kursk, n = 100; RNRMU, Moscow, n = 75; PSPbSMU, St. Petersburg, n = 45). The study found that young people, typically those who have completed pre-professional school training, consciously choose medical universities. Half of the study participants expressed a willingness to remain in the state healthcare system, with minor regional differences. To create an effective healthcare system capable of adequately responding to the needs of young professionals, it is necessary to develop conditions for retaining young professionals in state healthcare, taking into account the expectations of today's students (unique experience, stability, career advancement, etc.).

EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF REGIONAL HEALTHCARE: DEFICIENCIES AND GROWTH POINTS
Kameneva T.N., Tkachenko P.V., Belousova N.I., Kotlyarov S.A., Selyukov M.V., Shalygina N.P.
Abstract
The quality of healthcare is a complex, interdisciplinary category. Current approaches to assessing quality of life are typically based on statistical data, medical statistics, and subjective assessments obtained through mass population surveys. Using expert surveys as a method not only for assessment but also for a deeper professional understanding of processes occurring in the healthcare system, predicting their consequences, and identifying the causes of changes in public opinion appears most appropriate, particularly for regional healthcare systems. Experts from regional communities are most immersed in issues related to their local context. The research methodology was based on the «structure, process, result» (Donabedian) approach and included a survey of experts from regional professional communities in the regional capital of the Kursk border region (n = 40). The experts included representatives from healthcare management, business, science and education, medical professionals, opinion leaders, and political scientists. The results of the expert survey revealed contradictions in regional healthcare management, which are exacerbated by a significant outflow of professional personnel.

REGULATORY AND LEGAL REGULATION OF WORKING HOURS OF MEDICAL WORKERS
Khlebnikova A.A., Kurbanova E.M., Mamisheva Z.A.
Abstract
The article analyzes the legal regulation of working hours of medical workers in Russia. The relevance of the study is due to the increased social significance of the MR's work, which is carried out in special conditions associated with high psychoemotional stress, responsibility for the life and health of patients, and the need to ensure round-the-clock availability of medical care. The purpose of the work is to identify systemic contradictions and gaps in the legal regulation of MR's working hours and to develop proposals for improving current legislation. The research applied general scientific methods (system analysis, synthesis, comparison) and private scientific methods (formal legal, comparative legal, legal modeling method). The author applies an integrated approach when considering the institution of MR working time as a complex, multicomponent phenomenon located at the intersection of labor, administrative and medical law. The paper identifies and characterizes the specifics of the application of the general norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in relation to MR, analyzes the special norms enshrined in subordinate regulatory legal acts, and determines their relationship with the constitutional principles of health protection and the right to favorable working conditions. As a result of the research, the types of working time accounting used in medical organizations (daily, cumulative) are systematized, the specifics of establishing reduced working hours are detailed, and the legal working hours at night, weekends, and non-working holidays are analyzed. The key problems of law enforcement practice related to violations of standard working hours, failure to account for overwork, and a formal approach to shift schedules have been identified. Specific proposals have been formulated to improve legislation aimed at optimizing legal mechanisms for regulating working hours, taking into account the need to maintain a balance between the interests of patients (continuity and quality of care) and the rights of MR (occupational safety, recreation, prevention of professional burnout).

Violation of Prohibitions and Restrictions When Importing Footwear Products into the EAEU as a Threat to the Health and Safety of Consumers
Konfino K.V.
Abstract
The relevance of the chosen topic of the scientific article is due to the fact that due to the introduction of sanctions against the Russian Federation and the legalization of parallel imports by the Government of the Russian Federation, most of the branded goods (including crude products) are sold to the Russian markets through the EAEU countries. Research conducted by Rosaccreditation and independent expert laboratories revealed a high level of counterfeit products among the goods imported in this way, which undoubtedly affects the health of end consumers. Thus, during expert research in relation to shoe products that are potentially dangerous to the health of citizens, high concentrations of such substances as phthalates and formaldehyde were revealed. In addition, high-quality violations of such goods due to fragile fastening, the use of cheap analog materials can be the causes of microtrauma, and with prolonged wear — foot deformations, negative impact on the musculoskeletal system and the development of fungal infections. In this regard, the article analyzed the system of technical regulation in the EAEU as an integral part of prohibitions and restrictions, identified problematic aspects, and gave recommendations on the introduction of the «single window» mechanism in technical regulation at the supranational level, as well as the introduction of technologies based on the principles of artificial intelligence, which will increase the efficiency of detecting violations when importing goods. These measures will make it possible to level violations of the import of low-quality footwear products under the guise of parallel imports, which will have a positive effect on the safety and health of end consumers.

THE CONCEPT OF HOSPITALITY IN MEDICAL TOURISM: SEMIOTICS OF THE HOST ENVIRONMENT AND INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION
Krivonosova A.I.
Abstract
The article examines the concept of hospitality in the context of medical tourism from a semiotic and intercultural perspective. The host medical environment is considered as a system of signs through which patients form perceptions of safety, trust, and quality of medical care. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of interpreting cultural codes, visual and verbal communication strategies, as well as the interaction between the "foreign" and the "familiar" within the medical space. Based on a comparative analysis of practices in Russia and other countries, the study identifies key features of the representation of hospitality and its role in shaping the experience of medical tourists. The article argues that hospitality in medical tourism functions as a complex semiotic system that facilitates patient adaptation within a different cultural and institutional environment.

STIGMATIZATION OF PATIENTS WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS AS A RISK FACTOR IN PSYCHO-NARCOLOGICAL CARE
Kugaevskaya T.S.
Abstract
The relevance of the topic is determined by data from numerous studies indicating a significantly higher prevalence of stigma toward individuals using psychoactive substances compared to patients with other mental disorders. Stigma is recognized as a key problem in modern healthcare systems and is defined as a systemic factor shaping the entire ecosystem of narcological care. It frequently affects the professional activities of mid-level medical personnel manifesting at interconnected levels and forming a vicious cycle that deteriorates treatment quality and outcomes while undermining the health of the staff themselves. Stereotypical and negative perceptions of patients with addictions among mid-level medical personnel lead to discriminatory care practices: ignoring pain complaints unfounded suspicions and the use of derogatory language in communication and documentation. It is stigmatizing treatment that inflicts the most severe psychological trauma becoming the primary barrier to seeking help again. Intra-organizational stigma directly contributes to adverse clinical outcomes increased relapses and mortality. Combating stigma must become the cornerstone of professional support and training programs for mid-level medical personnel as well as efforts to improve the overall quality of narcological care.

Liadova A.V., Liadova M.V.
Abstract
The article discusses the socio-legal aspects of the development mutual cooperation between Russia and China in the public health. This direction of the current Russian-Chinese political agenda is caused by some factors. One of them is the common nature of public health problems and challenges faced by the healthcare systems. Also the reason is the growth of cross-border mobility of the population of both countries, which necessitates coordination of efforts in the field of regulation, ensuring the quality of services, protecting patients' rights and epidemiological control. In this regard, the objective of the study is to analyze the key areas, legal mechanisms and social challenges that influence the development of interaction between Russia and China in the field of public health. Based on the results of the study, the main vectors in the Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of public health are defined. They include: 1) prevention and control of infectious diseases; 2) digital transformation of healthcare; 3) oncology and nuclear medicine; 4) medical education and science; 5) ethical problems. The main mechanisms of interaction between Russia and China in public healthcare are legal regulatory (bilateral agreements, interdepartmental protocols, harmonization of regulatory requirements) and projects in scientific and educational sphere. Overall, cooperation between Russia and China in healthcare is dynamically developing, multifaceted, and promising. However, there are a number of limitations and problems, including cultural barriers, legal restrictions and ethical challenges. To sum up, the Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of public health has significant potential, but requires the development of a legal framework and a systematic approach.

DISPENSARIZATION AND THE QUALITY OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT
Romanyuk M.A., Sukharnikova M.A., Chekmareva N.V., Aronov R.R.
Abstract
This article examines the relationship between coverage by dispensarization (preventive health screening) and qualitative characteristics of employment in the regions of the Central Federal District of Russia. An analysis of statistical data for 2017—2023 is presented, describing the level of participation of the working population in preventive medical examinations and key parameters of employment quality, including working conditions, forms of labour relations, and social protection of workers. It is noted that there is substantial differentiation among the Central Federal District regions both in dispensarization coverage and in employment quality indicators. The study finds that regions with higher employment quality also demonstrate higher participation rates of the working population in dispensarization, supporting the hypothesis that characteristics of labour relations affect accessibility to preventive medical care. Key factors linking employment quality and dispensarization coverage are identified as the formal nature of labour relations, which enables workers to exercise their legally guaranteed right to time off for medical examinations, and employer engagement in creating conditions for staff participation in preventive activities. The article concludes that improving employment quality through strengthening social and labour guarantees and enhancing working conditions can be regarded as an important resource for increasing dispensarization coverage among the working population and, consequently, for improving public health.

FORMATION OF A YOUNG DOCTOR'S PRIMARY PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY: THE DEFORMING INFLUENCE OF THE CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT
Rudenko L.G., Aleksashina T.V., Razinkina I.V.
Abstract
The study aimed to assess the impact of key parameters of the organizational and clinical environment on the formation of the primary professional identity and emotional well-being of a young doctor in order to identify priority areas for changing organizational support. It is concluded that the successful professional development of a medical university graduate, which involves the integration of value-motivational, operational-role, and socio-communicative components, is a critical condition for ensuring the quality of medical care, the emotional well-being of young doctors, and the staff sustainability of the healthcare system as a whole. It is substantiated that overcoming the adaptation crisis requires shifting the focus from the individual competencies of the young specialist to the organizational conditions of his or her work. An important direction for modernizing the human resource policy of healthcare institutions should be the purposeful design of a professionally enriching environment, which includes: reducing bureaucratic dissonance; transforming organizational culture towards a supportive, collegial model; institutionalizing “safe” spaces for professional reflection; rethinking the role of mentoring as an element of the organizational system; and shifting the focus of managerial key performance indicators from formal metrics to indicators of sustainable professional development.

MATHEMATICAL JUSTIFICATION OF THE RISKS OF INFORMAL PRACTICES IN PUBLIC HEALTHCARE IN THE CONTEXT OF A SHORTAGE OF INCOME FROM LABOR ACTIVITIES
Safonov A.L.
Abstract
The article examines the structural causes of informal employment and corruption practices in public healthcare institutions. Unlike the traditional approach, which views informality as a shadow activity outside of legal institutions, the authors argue that it can be integrated into formal employment as a systemic response to the household budget deficit of healthcare workers. Based on an analysis of a large dataset (wages, hours worked, and staff turnover from 2015 to 2024), they identify and mathematically prove a critical relationship between the deviation of wages from regional averages and the amount of additional work. Results. A direct correlation (r = 0.994; p < 0.001) has been established between income deficiency and the necessary intensification of labor. It has been proven that when the physiological limit of working time (1.5—2.0 rates) is reached, the employee's survival strategy transforms into an intensive form, namely, the implementation of administrative and professional resources in the informal sector (monetization of status). Conclusions. The paper substantiates that informal payments for access to services (quota VMP, issuance of sick leave) are not a deviation, but a systemically conditioned mechanism for compensating for the reproduction of human capital. Repressive measures to combat the shadow sector will be ineffective without addressing the mathematically proven imbalance in wages.

SOCIO-CULTURAL IDENTITY IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL IMMUNITY OF YOUTH
Sapryka V.A., Perepelkin V.A.
Abstract
The relevance of studying the relationship between sociocultural identity and social immunity in young people stems from the need to find adaptive mechanisms in the context of contemporary sociocultural turbulence. Sociocultural identity, understood as the process and result of an individual's self-identification with a historically rooted system of traditional values, normative codes, and behavioral patterns, is a key mechanism for the reproduction and integration of society. It ensures the continuity of values and semantics and serves as the basis for the development of social immunity a property of a social system that allows it to maintain integrity and stability, protecting itself from destructive external influences. In the context of youth, this identity performs a dual function: it serves as a psychological buffer, reducing the traumatic impact of external instability, and simultaneously becomes a source of meaning and strategies for actively confronting challenges. The nonlinearity of modern identification processes, characterized by the multiplicity and variability of self-determination, does not negate this function; rather, it complicates and enriches the mechanisms of immunity, creating new opportunities for personal development and forming an adaptive resource for society as a whole. The possibilities of developing youth social immunity are examined from the perspective of a socio-technological approach, which views strengthening the positive socio-cultural identity of youth as a constructive task, solved through the implementation of reproducible and measurable social practices. The target outcome of these technologies is the development of a resilient adaptive complex in the new generation, including skills for critically assessing information, resistance to destructive influences, and the ability to maintain social health.

LABOR NORMS FOR THE «PSYCHIATRY-NARCOLOGY» PROFILE: CURRENT CHALLENGES IN IMPLEMENTING THE NEW DOCUMENT
Shipova V.M., Kugaevskaya T.S., Mingazova E.N.
Abstract
Ensuring adequate staffing levels for psychiatrists-narcologists and district psychiatrists-narcologists amid the observed shortage of healthcare personnel across all sectors and burnout among medical workers represents one of the primary pathways to improving the performance of psychoneurological services. Analysis of the new order from the Russian Ministry of Health on the «psychiatry-narcology» profile reveals that the document includes certain measures to strengthen preventive efforts by introducing the position of a medical psychologist in the office for the prevention of substance use disorders. However, in our view, certain provisions of the document require revision in the following directions: transitioning to commonly accepted indicators for labor norms in outpatient care, namely statistical data on population size and its contingents; and excluding staffing numbers from the normative provision for ensuring round-the-clock operations of medical personnel.

TECHNOSTRESS AS A NEW FACTOR DISTURBING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF SEAMEN
Timchenko T.N.
Abstract
Maritime service is a challenging profession. In addition to demanding physical labor under real risks to life and health, it requires seafarers not only to forgo many aspects of psychological well-being but also to embrace new digital challenges. Intensive work involving modern information technology is accompanied by a number of undesirable consequences (cognitive overload, emotional distress, the erosion of boundaries between work and personal life, etc.), which lead to decreased job satisfaction and pose risks to psychological health. In this article, the author explores the etymology of the concepts of «occupational stress» and «technostress,» identifies stress factors in seafarers' professional activities, and identifies the main signs of psychological disorders associated with the development of advanced technologies. Based on the research results, practical recommendations for preventing the development of negative trends are formulated.

EFFECTIVENESS OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOR HEALTH MONITORING OF VESSEL CREW MEMBERS
Tonkonog V.V.
Abstract
The article explores the current issue of medical support for merchant ship crews working in conditions of prolonged professional isolation, limited access to qualified medical care, and specific risk factors of the maritime environment. The author conducts a systematic analysis of modern digital healthcare technologies, such as wearable biometric devices, telemedicine platforms, mobile medical applications, and cloud-based data storage systems, in terms of their applicability for continuous monitoring of seafarers' health during voyages. The paper presents an original methodology for assessing the comprehensive effectiveness of the implementation of digital monitoring systems, based on a multi-criteria weighted matrix, where the components correspond to medical, technical, ergonomic (household), economic, and compliance with standards. A target efficiency threshold of 0.85 has been established, which provides for a 15% reserve for possible technical failures, human factors, and unforeseen circumstances. Based on the analysis, a set of practical recommendations has been formulated for shipping companies and regulatory authorities. The results of the study allow for the optimization of health-saving strategies in the maritime industry, reducing occupational risks, improving the availability of medical care, and minimizing economic losses associated with crew illnesses during voyages. The proposed methodology can be adapted for other industries with similar working conditions.

ROMANTICIZATION AND STEREOTYPES AS FACTORS IN SHAPING THE IMAGE OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION
Tseev J.M., Pshizova B.M., Kubashicheva I.A.
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of romanticization and stereotyping of the medical profession as significant factors in the formation of its public image. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that ideas about a doctor are formed not only in the space of real clinical practice, but also under the influence of mass culture, the news agenda, social networks and digital platforms. It is shown that the romanticized image of a doctor enhances the symbolic prestige of the profession, but at the same time it can form inflated expectations of society, idealized scenarios of professional behavior and a distorted understanding of daily medical work. Stereotypes, in turn, simplify the perception of the profession, consolidate gender, status and communication patterns, and also affect the trust of patients and the professional identity of doctors themselves. It is concluded that the modern image of a doctor is formed at the intersection of professional ethics, media representation and public expectations, and therefore requires critical reflection and a more realistic model of public representation of medicine.

Veshkurova A.B., Filimonova I.V.
Abstract
The article presents the authors’ hypothesis that sustainable human capital management systems in healthcare achieve maximum effectiveness when technological adaptability, geographically oriented workforce distribution, and comprehensive professional well-being support programs are integrated. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development and validation of a conceptual model that combines three complementary components of sustainable human capital management in healthcare, with an emphasis on their synergistic interaction. The practical significance of the work consists in formulating recommendations for public healthcare authorities on the creation of sustainable human capital management systems capable of effectively responding to challenges associated with territorial vastness and demographic change. The results of the study may be used in the development of national strategies for strengthening the healthcare workforce and regional programs aimed at optimizing medical workforce management.

MEDICAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC INDICATORS IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE: THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECT
Zakharova E.N., Shalatov V.V., Ordynskaya M.E., Teshev V.A.
Abstract
In the context of modern socio-economic transformations and global challenges to systemic healthcare, the problem of an objective assessment of the quality of life of the population is of paramount importance. Traditional economic indicators (for example, GDP per capita) do not fully reflect the state of public health and social well-being. In this regard, the development of integrated assessment tools synthesizing heterogeneous data is becoming a key task for substantiating management decisions in the field of social and demographic policy. A special role in such systems is played by medical and demographic indicators, which act as objective markers of the quality of human potential. The study is based on data from Rosstat and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the period 2015—2024 for 85 regions of the Federation. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and test in practice the methodology of integrated assessment of the quality of life of the population of the subjects of the Russian Federation using a system of key medical and demographic indicators, to determine their structural contribution to the final index.

Zakharova E.N., Ilinova N.A., Shalatov V.V., Ordynskaya M.E., Rykovskaya O.O.
Abstract
This article examines the demographic resilience of the Republic of Adygea, which faces unique demographic and economic challenges due to its limited territory, distinct ethnocultural composition, and external migration flows. Given the transformation of the labor market driven by digitalization, an aging population, and structural changes in the economy, the region is forced to develop strategies to enhance demographic resilience. The authors analyze factors influencing the stability of Adygea's labor market, assesses current trends in employment, migration, and demographic dynamics, and proposes adaptation mechanisms aimed at mitigating the risk of labor shortages and ensuring economic growth. The study's findings substantiate the need for a comprehensive approach that includes human capital development, stimulating internal migration, and implementing flexible employment models.

CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL LAW GROUNDS FOR COMPENSATION OF HARM IN THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE
Zaretskaya M.G., Volkova V.V., Savina S.V.
Abstract
The article examines the constitutional and civil law grounds for compensation for damage caused to the patient's life and health during the provision of medical care. The relevance of the study is due to the increased social importance of protecting the health of citizens, enshrined at the constitutional level, and the presence of significant problems in law enforcement practice related to the conflict of public and private principles in regulating medical activities. The provision of medical care, being an activity aimed at preserving and improving human health, is inherently associated with an increased risk of harm. The purpose of the work is to identify a systemic relationship between constitutional principles and the norms of civil legislation that form an integral mechanism for protecting the rights of the patient.

COMORBIDITY IN THE HEALTH STATUS OF ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS — REPRESENTATIVES OF GENERATION Z WITH FUNCTIONAL GASTROINTESTINAL DISORDERS
Zubareva N.A., Mingazova E.N.
Abstract
In the young population, a persistent trend toward an increase in functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) is observed, with Generation Z representatives showing higher rates. The phenomenon of increased referrals of Generation Z individuals to gastroenterologists for FGIDs is indicative: these conditions account for nearly half of all initial consultations in this age group, driven by a combination of high medical awareness, a tendency toward self-diagnosis, and heightened sensitivity to somatic manifestations of psychoemotional stress. Emotional burnout, resulting from academic and professional workloads amid constant digital engagement, acts as a significant risk factor for reduced adaptive potential and deterioration in somatic and mental health indicators. In adolescents and young adults, multiple concomitant FGIDs are often identified, such as combined irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, functional abdominal pain disorders, functional constipation, inflammatory bowel diseases, obesity, and others. FGIDs are frequently classified as disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBI), reflecting the key role of bidirectional communication between the gut and the brain in their development and their impact on the comorbidity of psychological conditions. Accounting for the specific manifestations of comorbidity in the health status of adolescents and young adults with FGIDs is essential for developing effective treatment and preventive programs.
