Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze organizational economical mechanism of integration of technologies of nuclear industry into health care. The methodology is based on systemic, institutional and intersectoral approaches using statistical and structural functional analysis. It is established that in Russia, in 2015–2025 volume of radionuclide therapy procedures increased more than twofold times (from 4–5 thousand to 13–15 thousand procedures annually). The number of centers of nuclear medicine reached 18–22. The percentage of state financing made up to 60%-70%, whereas deficiency of human resources reached 20%-30%. It is established that key limitations of integration are institutional barriers, high capital intensity of projects, regional differentiation of infrastructure. The scientific novelty is in development of organizational economic mechanism of integration of technologies of nuclear industry into health care as interdisciplinary system of interaction between industrial, scientific and medical sectors. The practical significance study results is associated with possibility to apply results under improvement of mechanisms of management of high-tech medical care.
