Во время пандемии коронавирусного заболевания 2019 года (COVID-19) мир непрерывно работает над преодолением и контролем ситуации. Вакцинация может оказывать влияние на борьбу со вспышками болезни по всему миру. Кроме того, использование нескольких типов вакцин в разных странах для борьбы со вторым пиком пандемии инфекции среди обществ может быть отмечено как значительный фактор, положительно влияющий на иммунный ответ хозяина. Однако по-прежнему существуют различные препятствия для программ вакцинации во всем мире в различных областях, таких как экономика, технология, политика, народонаселение, психология (нерешительность в отношении вакцинации), особенно в развивающихся странах или странах с низким экономическим уровнем. Хотя программа вакцинации началась во многих странах, развитие коллективного иммунитета в обществе имеет важное значение для завершения пандемии. Иран и Россия также были вовлечены в заболевание коронавирусом с января 2020 г., и они все еще работают над достижением коллективного иммунитета. Это исследование направлено на сравнение масштабов вакцинации в двух странах - России и Иране, чтобы оценить влияние вакцинации на пандемию COVID-19 и рассмотреть некоторые основные факторы, влияющие на вакцинацию, с целью понять основные препятствия вакцинации в этих странах.
