The changes in labor relations during the pandemic and the benefits of the new regulation norms of the remote work are investigated. The impact of working remotely on the social and labor sphere and the prospects for the development and implementation of effective remote mechanisms over the next ten years are analyzed. In a pandemic situation, remote work has proven to be an important factor for business ongoing activity, with benefits in the form of reduced commuting time, the ability to focus on work tasks away from distracting office aspects, and finding an optimal work-life balance.
