In order to identify a real idea of the state of the personnel potential of the region, the indicators of the load on medical workers were studied. Additionally, they were grouped in relation to the average Russian and mid-level levels. The regional asymmetry of the personnel potential and the corresponding disproportions in the development of the regional health care system are revealed. The directions of reducing the differentiation of staffing of health care institutions in the region are indicated.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>modernization of healthcare</kwd><kwd>staffing of the healthcare system</kwd><kwd>staffing level of medical institutions</kwd><kwd>regional disparities in staffing</kwd><kwd>staffing problems of regional healthcare</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>модернизация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>кадровое обеспечение системы здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>уровень укомплектованности медицинских учреждений</kwd><kwd>региональные диспропорции обеспеченности кадрами</kwd><kwd>кадровые проблемы регионального здравоохранения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Семенова Т.
