The analysis of new directions of activity of the health care center, structural and functional transformations is carried out. The article presents a detailed description of promising areas of activity based on the use of various modern information and communication technologies, and also reflects the possibility of constructive interactions of the health care center with various social institutions. The role of government initiatives aimed at preventing non-communicable diseases, including in increasing the motivation of the population to adhere to a healthy lifestyle, is shown.
