Nowadays, more attention is paid namely to scientific component in activities of the faculty. The article presents the results of the survey of the faculty of the Medical University concerning various aspects of their scientific activities. It is established that the younger generation of Medical University lecturers lose interest to scientific activities due to material and moral incentives lacking.
