Высокая распространённость избыточного веса среди детей во всём мире требует разработки эффективных методов профилактики и лечения. Традиционные подходы, основанные на личном контакте со специалистами, имеют ограниченную доступность. Цифровизация, с одной стороны, усугубляет проблему за счёт гиподинамии и лёгкого доступа к нездоровой пище, а с другой — открывает новые возможности благодаря восприимчивости детей к цифровым технологиям. Цель данной работы — систематизировать современные данные о влиянии медиа и цифровых технологий на индекс массы тела у детей и подростков. Анализ публикаций в PubMed/MEDLINE за последние 5 лет выявил основные цифровые факторы риска: рекламу вредных продуктов, малоподвижность перед экранами, приём пищи во время просмотра и психологическое воздействие контента. В то же время мобильные приложения и игровые программы доказали свою эффективность в борьбе с ожирением.
