Рассмотрены основные инструменты оценки качества медицинской помощи в первичном звене здравоохранения: модели самооценки профессиональной деятельности участников мультидисциплинарных команд, уровень удовлетворённости пациентов предоставленными им медицинскими услугами, критерии, включенные в программы для мониторинга работы специалистов команды. В статье отражены результаты использования инструментов оценки качества в организациях оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи ряда стран: Великобритании, Испании, Канады, Китая и др. Результаты зарубежных исследований подчёркивают значимость мультидисциплинарного подхода в здравоохранении, который влияет на различные аспекты качества медицинской помощи.
