Ставрополь2508202331464565003072025Copyright © 2023, АО "Шико"2023Статья представляет собой обзор публикаций и страновых отчетов по различным аспектам функционирования систем здравоохранения Ирана и Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов. В ней отмечено, что государству в этих странах отводится разная роль в обеспечении населения медицинской помощью: она больше и значимее в Иране, чем в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах. При этом частные медицинские организации доминируют в здравоохранении обеих стран при оказании амбулаторной помощи (сильнее в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах). Анализ медицинского страхования показал, что в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах системы страхования и доступность медицинской помощи для граждан страны и экспатриантов существенно отличаются. Указано, что на качество и доступность медицинской помощи в Иране повлияли международные санкции, которые в первую очередь сказались на обеспеченности пациентов импортными медицинскими препаратами. К особенностям данных систем здравоохранения можно отнести передачу медицинским университетам Ирана функций предоставления медицинских и образовательных услуг, а в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратахз — внедрение обязательного частного медицинского страхования.health care systemhealth care abroad.системы здравоохраненияздравоохранение за рубежом.World Health Organization.
