It was concluded that the resource provision psychiatric and psychological care in Moscow is at a high level, and in 15 years the number of employed doctors in the field has increased by 26.44%. The changes in the structure were influenced by a decrease in the number and proportion of psychotherapists and an increase in the number of psychologists. Psychiatric and psychological care in the capital has changed its focus from inpatient therapy to inpatient replacement: the number of discharged patients from day hospitals in 2013-2023 increased in 2.42 times, and at the same time, over the same period, the hospital bed stock and bed days spent, on the contrary, decreased by 46.04% and 45.70%, respectively. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the number of medical personnel in the industry will increase by 12%.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>medical personnel, psychiatrists, psychological and psychiatric care, psychological assistance, forecast of the number of doctors bed fund, hospital-replacing technologies</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>медицинские кадры</kwd><kwd>врачи-психиатры</kwd><kwd>психолого-психиатрическая помощь</kwd><kwd>психологическая помощь</kwd><kwd>прогноз численности</kwd><kwd>коечный фонд</kwd><kwd>стационарозамещающие технологии</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mukherjee N., Chaturvedi S.
