Psychotherapeutic work involved certain form of drama therapy that included patients watching Moscow theaters performances and then discussing them with family and in group therapy sessions with psychologists. Researchers have developed drama therapy methods for children with mental disorders, determined indications and contraindications for this treatment. The study shows effects of art therapy on the child adaptation to the conditions of the micro-social environment, particularly on his family adaptation, formation of harmonious, supportive, rehabilitative family relations.
