The purpose of the study is to investigate attitude of officially unmarried students of higher medical educational organization to set up family. The sociological, analytical and logical methods were applied. The study results demonstrated that despite occurred social economic transformations in Russia love and family are still absolute life values for young people. At that, as in most developed countries, in Russia occurs increasing of age of young people entering into official marriage, that is largely conditioned by insufficient material well-being that prevents supporting family during teaching period. The most of respondents plan to have children and assume the state is to support citizens in setting up family.
