Today there is an acute problem of decreasing patient's trust in the doctor. Despite the development of advanced technologies and the appearance of modern effective methods of treatment, which increase the effectiveness of recovery, the human interaction between the patient and the doctor takes second place. This leads to a problem of distrust of treatment methods and psychological tension, which can be a factor impeding healing. It also leads a person to endlessly change doctors in order to compare specialists' opinions, to search for information about his ailment on the Internet, up to self-diagnosis and cases of self-treatment. At the same time, there has been a significant increase in the number of cases of diminishing the dignity of the doctor. This threatens to reduce public respect for medical professionals, disappointment in their own profession, and an increase in conflict situations.
